Sharon has more than 35 years of experience including leadership roles in operations, finance, and management. Additionally, she commands an extensive understanding of the aviation industry with prior C-level roles at The Memphis Group. She served as the Chief Executive Officer for GECAS’ Materials business, a premier distributor of airframe and engine components. Sharon earned her MBA from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Mississippi.
Chief Commercial Officer
Stefan has over 25 years of aviation sales leadership experience. Most recently he served for 7 years as Chief Commercial Officer for GECAS’ Materials business, a premier distributor of commercial airframe and engine components. Prior to GECAS, Stefan held senior sales leadership roles with AerSale, GA Telesis and VAS Aero Services. Stefan attended North East Surrey College of Technology earning a GNVQ3 in European Business & Finance.
Chief Financial Officer
Derrick Doud has over 30 years of experience in both public and private equity companies in key financial positions and most recently as the CFO. He has a proven track record of restructuring financial and business information teams to support the transformation in operations and business growth. Prior to joining Unical, Derrick was CFO of HMT, leader in above ground storage tank solutions. Prior to HMT, Derrick served as the CFO for Express Energy Service, an oil and gas service company. Derrick started his career at the Sherwin-Williams Company.
Derrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Central Michigan University. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1992.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Kim has over 25 years of extensive and diverse experience in human resources and operations management, holding HR leadership positions at companies like GE, Thermo Fisher Scientific, CNH Industrial and others. She has shaped high-performing teams through executable strategies that motivate individuals and teams to drive positive financial impacts. Kim earned her MBA in International Business from Webster University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology Education from Southeast Missouri State University.
Chief Information Officer
Jennifer has over 30 years of Information Technology experience including over 20 years of experience in the industrial manufacturing space. She has held various leadership roles at Fortune 500, publicly-traded, and privately held companies with global reaches. She has successfully positioned companies to become a leader in technology, modernizing internal and external applications, architectures, and infrastructures. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from University of Miami.
SVP Asset Management
Conrad has over 33 years of experience in the aviation industry including recent roles as the SVP of Strategic Material & Asset Management at AJW Group where he led commercial and asset management as well as MRO operations. Previously Conrad held roles as the Commercial Manager for APPH Group in the ACRS/Skybrakes 145 company where he managed customer demand planning for commercial wheels, brakes & hydraulics, and Sales Director at Flightspares Ltd. His background includes successfully optimizing inventories, streamlining operational costs and strategic planning and coordination of aircraft parts to support customer commercial and operational needs.
SVP, Sales - Americas
David has been in the aviation industry for over 25 years with deep domain experience in sales, product line management, whole asset acquisitions, purchasing, programs, leasing, repairs, and operations. David has previously held senior roles within Volvo Aero Services, Alaris Aerospace, GA Telesis and Regional one.
SVP, Asia Pacific
Rong has over 28 years of aviation experience in a wide range of fields including MRO, supply chain, quality, lean management, sales operations, marketing, and business development. Rong started her career with Ameco-Beijing, a joint venture between Air China and Lufthansa, and joined Unical in 2013. Rong served 6 years as head of Unical sales operations and is currently the SVP of sales over the APAC region. Rong earned her Master’s of Commerce in International Professional Accounting, certified by the University of New South Wales, Australia, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical German from Shanghai Tongji University. Rong is a Certified ACCA affiliate and Certified Purchasing Manager.
SVP, Operations
Brice joined Unical Aviation in 2008 and is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the entire warehouse operations. Since the start of his career at Unical, Brice has ensured the highest quality standards in employee safety, product conformity, inventory management and parts distribution for Unical’s global customers. Prior to joining Unical, Brice was a senior manager for the fifth largest American multinational warehouse retailer for 13 years.

David Graham is an aviation executive with more than 35 years of aerospace maintenance experience and a successful track record of leadership at MROs and airlines. In 2012, David joined Unical 145, an affiliate of Uncial MRO, as Director of Operations where he guided the expansion of its MRO capabilities and its significant growth before moving to his role as General Manager of Unical MRO.
